Good morning folks – I don’t know about you, but this is my favorite time of year. The mornings are cool and yesterday evening I caught myself rubbing my head against a tree, (in anticipation of the rut). LOL Seriously though life does seem to be going good now and I want to take advantage of every single minute of it for however long it lasts. There is college football and the UGA Bulldogs to watch, and of course as mentioned deer season is nearly upon us. My twin girls are cheering for the last time of their high school years and soon will be off to college. My younger grandsons will soon be driving a car and all of the tribe out west are getting married off. Life is good.
With that said I am amazed at all the violence in this country, and it seems far removed from my little farm in Mississippi where life is grand. I suppose the people who are violent including the war in Ukraine and Israel the Hezbollah, PLO and the other warring factions throughout the middle east and Africa are just angry and the injustice of it all weighs heavily on them. Frankly, I wonder of it is the leadership that is angry or driven by seeking power that drives the whole engine. Which brings me to the subject of politics. Why is our country polarized? It’s almost at 50%.
Well I’m going to fly over to Atlanta for a Trump rally on the 23rd. I think that our country will join the rest of the world and all their wars, abortion, migrant immigration and the violence and drugs being brought onto our soil and the economy tanking will be the case if Harris gets elected. I am praying that Trump gets elected and if you have not registered please do so today! We need to preserve our lifestyle and it may seem like your vote does not count, trust me it does! And to those who don’t see the light, then deal with them with love and not hatred.
Proverbs 10:12
Hatred stirs up strife, but love covers all offenses.
