Are you happy? One thing that more than one person has said about our company is that they cannot help but notice how many people are so very happy that work here. Smiles are on faces everywhere. For the most part people seem to like each other, and it is more like being around good friends or family members who care about each other, rather than just being around “other employees”. No wonder we have been so successful in practically everything we have undertaken. Friends working together can make a big difference when trying to achieve greatness. Yes there is occasional stress, (109), but the result is stronger character and a revelation of individual inner strengths; characteristics that we need for the ups and downs of life away from work. I love to see happy smiling faces, in fact I have instructed our management to refrain from hiring employees who exhibit a dark scowl on their face during the interview process. It is just as easy to hire someone with a pleasant demeanor than an unhappy malcontent. If such a person does accidentally get hired, my desire is to weed them out ASAP.

I think that one reason that we have so many happy and cheerful people is because the majority of our employees are Christians. Our company was founded upon honesty, integrity and the open acknowledgement that God is number one in this company. Regretfully I cannot say that “everyone” who works at our company believes that Jesus Christ is the living Son of God who paid the price for all of our sins by dying on a rugged cross only to arise three days later triumphant in splendid glory; however I am confidant that most do believe this truth. It is easy for those of us who do believe to smile more than frown, because we know that Jesus is with us now and forever. He is the most wonderful Father that anyone could want. He only wants the best for us and He watches our every move with an intense love that exceeds our ability to fully comprehend it. I wish that everyone could experience the joy of being close to God. It will put a smile on your face and is something to be very happy about! Just think, when we get to heaven, EVERYONE will be happy. There will not be ONE dissenter for eternity. Lots of smiles and lots of fun. Pretty cool stuff!

Matt. 10:29-32
Are not two sparrows sold for
a copper coin? And not one of them
falls to the ground apart from your
Father’s will.
But the very hairs of your head
are all numbered.
Do not fear therefore; you are
of more value than many sparrows.
Therefore whoever confesses
Me before men, him I will also
confess before my Father
who is in heaven.
