He is risen

The real Easter message is not that the Easter bunny “laid an egg”, but that Jesus Christ died on a cross and took the punishment for our sins on a cross. He was buried for three days in a tomb and on the third day, (Easter morning), He rose again. He was later seen by all of the apostles, and by over five hundred others before finally ascending to His rightful place in heaven.

This event is the dividing point for all of humanity. Each and every soul on this planet either accepts the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ by faith, or they reject it. According to the Bible anyone who has reached the age of accountability who does not accept Jesus as their Savior cannot and will not be allowed to spend eternity with Him. Indeed they will be banished to everlasting punishment in Hell. A place that the Bible describes as a place of incredible torment and suffering.

This is the most important decision any of us will ever make. Either the bible is true, or it is a lie. You must decide.

How well do you know the Bible?

One of the disciples was not with the others when Christ first appeared to them after His resurrection. This disciple stated to the others that he would not believe Jesus had arisen from the dead until he saw Jesus with his own eyes and actually put his fingers into the wounds in His side and nail scarred hands. When Jesus appeared again, He instructed him to put his fingers into the spear wound in His side and His hands that were pierced by the nails that nailed Him to the cross. Jesus then told him something that should inspire all Christians on this planet who have believed in Christ without actually seeing Him in person. Jesus said:”because you have seen me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed”. If you are a true believer, you have been personally blessed by none other than the Creator of all life. Who was the doubting disciple?
