Mercy

One thing for which I am and will be eternally grateful is that God is merciful. Guess what? It is never-ending. He is merciful today and will be billions of years from now. We have a Father who loves us unconditionally. He is not going to pull the plug on us if we make a mistake. He knows our weaknesses and offers His strength to make up for it. Jesus Christ is calling all lost sinners to come to Him before it is too late. Our lives are like vapors; here today and gone tomorrow, but His enduring love lasts for eternity. Why not tap into His vast reservoir of mercy? Because you do not think that you need it? Because you are basically a good person? The Bible states unequivocally that there is only ONE way to reach the Father and that is through Jesus Christ. You cannot go through Buddha, nor Allah, nor Molech, or any other way except through Jesus Christ. It also states that we ALL have sinned and have fallen short of God’s perfect law, and are in need of Christ’s redemption and loving mercy. Fortunately God is merciful and has provided a way to reconcile with Him regardless of our past sins.
Jesus Christ, is the same today as yesterday, as tomorrow, the same for all of eternity. Merciful to all who ask Him to come into their heart, soul and lives. Take advantage of it TODAY, wherever you are sitting.
Right now, bow your head. Tell God that you have sinned, that you are sorry for it, and you want Jesus to come into your heart. You will not have to ask twice. He stands at the door and knocks waiting to come into your life. It is a much better life, I guarantee it!
