As you may recall yesterday I let out an oath when my garage door did not shut properly. This morning I went out and got into my car and promptly sat down right on my $250 sunglasses. No, I did not let out an oath that would make a sailor feel at home. I thought of my WFTD yesterday and smiled. I believe God may have smiled with me, knowing that my natural reaction would have been to pitch a temper tantrum. I hope that WFTD occasionally helps you learn from my mistakes. I make enough for us all. The important thing is to make progress. God fully understands that we are weak and He wants to help us. We must take the first step however, and ask Him to come into our heart and replace the bad with the good. We should all learn from our mistakes and try our utmost not to repeat them. No the sunglasses did not break, but they are somewhat twisted and one side is now higher than the other.

Therefore humble yourselves

may exalt you in due time,
casting all your care upon Him
for He cares for you.
