Woe is us

Man the headlines are depressing, aren’t they? Some atheist nut in San Francisco has succeeded in getting some federal judges to agree that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional. Another mega corporation, WorldCom, has been caught “cooking their books”, and the result will be 18000 plus layoffs and millions of investor’s 401K’s hitting the rocks, and the largest bankruptcy in history is eminent. Terrorists are on the rampage, the Middle East is exploding, (literally), anarchists are rioting in Canada, fires are burning up the west, earthquakes in Iran, kidnappings of beautiful children, “child” hard core pornography on the Internet is being protected by the federal court system,. Whew!

The Bible clearly predicts that the world will take this path as we approach the end of time. World leaders are meeting NOW in Canada planning for a one world government labeled “world globalization”.
Someday this will be headed by the antichrist, who is probably already alive today. I read an interesting article about the apocalypse in Time magazine on the plane last night. The lady who wrote it is obviously not a believer. She referred to the Bible prophecies as “fables” and religious stories. I’m sure that she is of the same mentality of those who ridiculed Noah right up to the time he entered the ark.

The Bible states that anyone who does not believe in God is a “fool”. I would add that they are also uninformed. Anyone with half a brain that will objectively read the Bible will see prophecies unfolding on CNN every night. Israel is the key. This tiny little speck on the map is God’s Holy Land and indeed is the very place where Jesus will return to rule the earth. But first the TRIBULATION. You will not want to hang around for that event. You can join Jesus in the rapture and avoid the terror to come if you act NOW. What is happening today in this wicked, wicked world is just the tip of the iceberg of what is to come. Jesus will save you, if you will just ask Him to come into your heart and life.
