War can result in good

We all know of the heartache and suffering caused by war. Is there any good that can come from it? The thing that I am praying for is that the Word of God will be preached throughout Iraq. One of the results of the Korean war was that South Korea heard the Word of God and untold millions accepted Jesus as their Savior. The Baptist church in Korea is huge now as a result of this war. I hope and pray that with freedom of the press and satellite TV that the Iraqi people may for the first time hear the Word of God preached and become Christians.This is the very cradle of our civilization. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if its present day inhabitants returned to the God who loves them asa result of this war. This is a Muslim country and it will be difficult, but all things are possible with God. Please join me and pray for the evangelism of this country.
