There used to be a song I enjoyed entitled And the Beat Goes On . . . In America it should be the theme song for the lies being told virtually every second by hordes of liars.
I’ve always had problems with liars. Throughout my career I fired plenty of them – on the spot!
You might say. That is too harsh. I would reply that it’s the smart thing to do. Because it is near impossible to discern whether someone who has a proven history of lying is telling the truth from the moment you catch them in the first lie on . . . I always wonder if they are telling the truth – this time. How can anyone trust someone who lies, especially if they do it time and time again. That is why smart people do not trust the media and most politicians.
So it is with disgust that I look at politicians, the media, Hollywood nuts and various other celebrity serial liars, and others concerning the latest news cycle of Trump bashing via illegal immigration. If the members of congress that are grandstanding were so concerned about it, why don’t they change the existing laws of the land regarding immigration? Why don’t they provide funding for border security? Instead they work three days a week and do nothing but argue and stand in front of a microphone railing against a problem they were elected to solve.
This morning someone mentioned on Facebook that I am wrong and should do my research on whether Obama separated illegal immigrant kids from their parents. In other words, he indicated I am not well informed about this issue. He was seconded by a cheerleader who agreed with him. I rarely answer any of this crap, but what the heck, today is a good sunny day.

Hmmm . . . What is up with this? It sure looks like children in a cage using foil blankets to me. Where was the outcry? Where was the mighty Democrat propaganda machine? Where were the fake news trolls? Where were the organized marches by George Soros groups?
Actually this policy originated from President Bush and then continued through the Obama administration. And, it is not a bad policy, because children should not be incarcerated along with their parents for this crime. Those accompanying them should be arrested because they are breaking the law. For every illegal immigrant child 1400 American children are separated from their parents due to their parents having broken the law and having been incarcerated. What about those kids?
These former Presidents held the children temporarily in cells as the photos demonstrate until they were given a court date, and then they were released, something called “catch and release.” Subsequently 97% didn’t show up for their assigned court date and added to the illegal immigrant population. That is what Trump is trying to stop with his zero tolerance move. A child by law cannot be held but 20 days and the parents are usually held much longer. The left wants no accountability for those who break the law.
One sad thing that is not being reported much is that many of these children are simply being trafficked and accompanied by someone in the cartel, and not their parents. Think about it, if these people were primarily refugees, why would they choose to avoid coming through a legal port of entry where they could legally apply for refugee status. Instead they choose a dangerous desert crossing. Too many times it is because of cartels bringing them to pedophile rings to be sold on the market as sex slaves as well as for domestic slaves, and agricultural worker slaves.
I get the concern for the children. I’m doing everything in my power to stop child rape and trafficking now. I have 7 grandchildren and love them all and cannot imagine them going through the horror of this dilemma. I also have concern for the 52 million babies that are murdered in the womb through abortion. Planned parenthood lies about “choice” and continues making their millions. No one has the right to choose to take their child’ life. It is sick. Where is the outcry for these children?
The fault with illegal immigration lies at the doorstep of Congress which has used it for political leverage for years. Trump has drawn attention to the problem now, just as he has with other difficult issues, that other presidents have avoided such as moving the embassy to Jerusalem, North Korea, China’s unfair trade, the bad Iran deal, NATO members not paying their fair share, the United States paying for global warming etc. Former presidents who chose to kick the can down the road and hide and are now criticizing him now merely avoided the difficult issues to the detriment of the United States. Hopefully immigration laws will finally change and something good will come out of it thanks to Trump brining the issue to the forefront. As I’ve said he is a GREAT President and I proudly support him.
Also FYI – I do my research and am informed as best I can be in this lying world. Liberals just don’t like to hear the truth and their lies exposed. Too bad Trump can’t tell them you’re fired! But we can! Vote!
