Beheadings

A good friend of mine sent me some links to watch the beheadings of the Americans in Iraq. He stated that every American should watch these videos every day. I did not watch. I see no useful purpose in watching the most depraved and evil perversion that humanity can devise. My friend is a pastor. I do not plan to debate the point with him, but I think he is wrong. He indicated that it made his blood boil. That is the problem in the first place. These people are so filled with hate that they commit these barbaric acts. More hate is not an answer.

I believe that what we are seeing is the beginning of the end.
Fanatical believers in a twisted religion of hate are igniting a worldwide call to arms utilizing terror that defies the meaning of being civilized. Iraq is the Babylon of old in the Bible and will play a major role in the anti-Christ’s quest for world domination in the last days. Satan will make his last ferocious attack on mankind in these last days. I sincerely believe that what we are seeing with the beheadings and attacks on innocent school children are just the tip of the iceberg of what is to come.


Just as in the days of Noah, God will reign down utter destruction upon satan, all of his demonic fallen angels, and the portion of humanity that has chosen to reject Jesus Christ. Christians will be taken out of the world prior to the worst. I pray that God will come quickly to take us out of this world, but candidly I am more concerned now than ever about the handful of friends that I have who stubbornly continue to put off accepting Jesus as their Savior, and am even more concerned about those who just cannot bring themselves to a point where they can believe.

I urge you to join me in redoubling your efforts to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. Don’t spend time watching pure evil unfold. Satan wants an audience and I for one refuse to fall in line with the videos. I pray for our troops who are combating evil and for our President who needs strength, wisdom, and spiritual guidance from God to lead our troops and successfully defeat an opponent whose beliefs would be destructive to our country.
