The big CNN debate is scheduled for tomorrow night, and it reminds me of David walking into the lion’s den. Three of CNN’s most vile “supposed” journalists will be conducting the debate for CNN (Is CNN an acronym for Communist National Network?)

I will be surprised (shocked) if the debate has any semblance of being fair and balanced. Makes me wonder what advisor consulted with Trump and convinced him to even enter the debate.  I just hope he can debate without losing his temper and running his mouth with name calling and a profanity laced diatribe. One never knows what will transpire when Trump goes on stage.

My hope is that Biden will freeze-up as he does on the campaign trail, but he will probably be so hopped up on speed that he will stay up for days after the debate. Hopefully, his heart will not explode because of it. I seldom find myself talking politics, but Biden seems to be ruining our country and electing Trump might all but ensures that more harm to our beloved country can be avoided.

I wonder what God thinks about the election. He of course already knows the outcome and is either going to keep punishing our nation for its sin or set us up for a revival. I pray for the latter. I will watch the debate as much as I can and will have some bags handy to throw up in. Neither of them qualifies to be President in my opinion, but, Trump definitely has my vote when I step into the voting booth.

The latest Pew Research Center survey finds that most registered voters who are White Christians would vote for Republican Donald Trump over Democrat Joe Biden if the 2024 presidential election were held today. More than half of White Christians think Trump was a “great” or “good” president and don’t think he broke the law in an effort to change the outcome of the 2020 election.

In stark contrast, most registered voters who are Black Protestants or religious “nones” – those who self-identify as atheists, agnostics or “nothing in particular” – would vote for Biden over Trump. Large numbers in these groups also say Trump was a “terrible” president and that he broke the law trying to overturn the 2020 election results. Hmmm… atheists, agnostics, nothing in particular, and blacks make up Bidens base. Now there is a surprise – Not!

Frankly, I would be very surprised if Jesus cared about politics one way or the other. He is most interested in finding and saving lost souls. Perhaps we should follow His lead . . .

Luke 19:10
For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
