I’m beginning to think that we are heading towards a civil war in this country. The socialist Democrats are using more extreme tactics against those with whom they disagree. Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell’s home has been surrounded by demonstrators who are screaming obscenities and railing that he be stabbed. President Trump is being publicly cursed threatened every day by fanatics. Joaquin Castro, a Democrat congressman from Texas and chairman of the presidential campaign of his twin brother, Julián, has published the names etc. of Trump supporters including retirees which puts their lives in jeopardy, and the liberal media and Socialists Democrats are calling all Trump Supporters racists and white nationalists. Hardly a day goes by without some Antifa thugs or assorted other criminals beating someone with clubs or whatever. It never seems to stop.
Aren’t you just sick of it?
I am!
We are a divided nation for sure. Trump has a 49% approval rating this morning. The Democrats are lower than that, but in the 40’s. Could civil war break out? I would not be among those betting against it. If it did, how would the government deal with it. Who would the armed forces support? Most of the gunowners in America are not socialist Democrats, how would that impact a civil war? Those who fan the flames of hatred are treading down a dangerous road. I’ve been shot at and heard bullets zinging by my ears. It is not for the timid. Would you arm yourself and fight for your liberty?
My wife and I are praying for this country and that the vicious hatred will dissipate. My fear is not for my own life, I can take care of myself, but for the well-being of my children and grandchildren. I wonder if this period of time is in actuality the beginning of God preparing judgment upon this nation. We have defied His laws, murdered over 60 million innocent babies through abortion, allowed evil perversion to reign, and rampant sin to overtake the United States which was founded as one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
We serve a loving God who is long-suffering towards us. One day He has promised that He will put an end to the madness, and everyone will be held accountable for their actions in this life. Pray for unity and reconciliation.
