Praise God that Donald Trump stood up to the bullies of the world and did so decisively by bombing Syria. It won’t take long for those who hate him to criticize this move, but hopefully all thinking people will get behind him. Killing and torturing children including babies is immoral and something that simply cannot be tolerated by any civilized person or society.
My prayer is that our nation will not only fight the annihilation of children through chemical warfare from godless despots, but abortion, and sex trafficking as well. I was talking to some friends at the Christian Leadership Conference yesterday and we were discussing the worst sin in the world today. My take on it is sex trafficking of children is far and away the most monstrous. Gang raping, forced heroin addiction, and beatings of our innocent little children is pure evil personified.
In case you are unaware, there are documented cases of 1 year old babies being raped, the average age is 6-14. Some of the packages being sold include a doctor to treat the kids after they have been savaged. The expected life expectancy is 4 years with most succumbing to overdoses, beatings that get out of hand, and STD’s.
Some of my friends mentioned abortion as being the most heinous sin. I agree that abortion is pure evil, but a child that has been trafficked for sex usually meets the same end, AND is tortured in the most wicked ways for years prior.
There must be consequences for such behavior. God tells us unequivocally that all life is sacred and there is no question that He loves children. If anyone ever doubted that evil exists and that Satan is indeed a murderous depraved being dedicated to pure evil then sex trafficking of children including babies nails it.
I’m overjoyed that God drew a red line and a leader of the United States acted when it was crossed when Syria used chemical warfare. I pray that it continues and action is taken against those who traffic children for sex, and abortion.
And for those who quake in their boots over making our enemies angry, you need to realize that they already hate us and are filled with hate and anger. Sometimes we must fight evil with all that we have. The Bible teaches in Romans 12:18 – “If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.” The wisest man the world has ever known or will ever know, King Solomon said in Ecclesiastes 3:8 “There is a time for war and a time for peace.”
Some might ask: “Doesn’t the sixth commandment say, `Thou shalt not kill.'”
No it doesn’t. It says “Thou shalt not murder.” The word is used 47 times in the Bible and it always means murder.
Is there a difference between killing and murder?
Absolutely. God ordained capital punishment in the old Testament for certain crimes as He did with wars.
When is it right to fight or go to war? When it is done to bring about justice. To preserve freedom. To reduce evil in the world.
Proverbs 21:15
“When justice is done it brings joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers.”
Have a great weekend and go to Honey Lake Church or somewhere this Sunday.
