The Super Bowl this Sunday will be watched by an estimated 189 million Americans. I’m praying that Lady Gaga, the entertainer that the NFL has hired to perform at half-time (who has publicly indicated that she is a member of Illuminati – the most powerful satanic organization in the world) will not make the half time show a public satanic ritual. Likewise, I pray that she will not make it political.
For the life of me I cannot understand why the NFL, NBA, and other professional teams, athletes and networks such as ESPN that cover them support the antithesis of morality at virtually every turn.
Sigh… I suppose it is a sign of the times in which we live when humanism and secularity reign supreme and God is not even an afterthought. This is the 50th Super Bowl and I’m old enough to have witnessed most of them through the years. Unfortunately, half-time performances, player’s attitudes, and the league’s behavior have reflected much of the country’s populace, in entering a downward spiral mode. It seems to me that Satan has successfully taken over and now dominates the arts and entertainments, professional sports industry and of course the media and education.
It is the same tactic that Satan used with Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, North Korea, Iran and other totalitarian dictatorships. They have virtually taken over every form of communication to brainwash the population. It is to the point where it is nearly impossible to get unbiased honest news, and freedom of speech is all but a thing of the past in certain quadrants of society such as our colleges and universities.
I pray that the anarchist thugs who attack people and property with crow bars and those who publicly advocate assassinating our President will be brought under control and if necessary put behind bars. It is not free speech to destroy property, start fires, threaten violent acts, and physically attack and beat up those with differing opinions.
After the election, I warned that, while it is a fact that we won a major battle by electing a new governing body, including the Presidency, House, Senate, a big majority of gubernatorial candidates, and state legislators; however, we must keep in mind that the war would rage on and we had to understand that fact. What we are seeing with the radical liberal left is a fulfillment of that prophecy.
So, what can we do?
- Support those organizations such as the Jesus Alliance who are determined to get God’s truth out
- Write your representatives in Washington and your state to urge them to take a tougher stand on professional protestors who loot, burn, stifle free speech, and create chaos
- Run for public office such as school boards
- Most importantly pray for this nation.
We are hated because we oppose the sin of the world. While I don’t hate anyone, I do detest the wicked ways of these people and Christians should know that is not a bad thing.
