Yesterday some lady sent me a hot letter and read me the riot act writing: “I do not approve of your disgusting references to our president. I will unsubscribe to your messages. How can you call yourself a follower of Jesus Christ?? He was not filled with hate!!”
Wow!! Not one, but two exclamation points; she must really be ticked off and have strong feelings about something that I wrote.
Hmmm . . . I responded: I do not approve of your disgusting 3rd trimester abortion endorsing president who is doing everything he can to ruin our country by pushing gay marriages, and any other Godless agenda that he can find . . . Please do unsubscribe. I don’t see how YOU can call yourself a Christian standing up for that guy.
I have discovered that if you try to debate someone with these views with intelligent arguments and present facts, they cannot respond in like manner.
Just because Obama happened to be elected President and God allowed it to happen does not mean that God approves of him, or that I have to approve of him and/or the evil wicked agenda being spewed out of the oval office.
I will say this however; indeed I do believe that God Himself put Obama into office.
Huh?
Our country is currently being sucked into a downward spiral of immorality and decadence that is unequalled in her history. If something is not done and soon, it will be too late to save America. God wants revival and a Great Awakening to occur in this country; however our citizenry just sits on the sidelines as though in a daze and allows it to occur. What will get them off the couch to do something about it?
We have watched as Obama, his administration, a socialist progressive Congress, and a mesmerized media have systematically begun to dismantle our country. They are destroying our way of life including weakening our military, wrecking the economy and saddling us with incomprehensible debt, destroying our healthcare system, public education, the family including marriage, and so forth.
Every day and night Christians all over this country (who happen to be in the overwhelming majority) watch their way of life being “fundamentally transformed” into one of wickedness. People (like me) are getting mad as hell and are FED UP! One must ask themselves, when will enough be enough? When will folks will get off their lazy butts, get organized and unified and do something about it.
Only about a quarter of those in this country who claim to be evangelicals voted in the last election; and it is sickening to think that some of them voted for Obama. They cannot be voting their conscience.
Now their strategy is to portray anyone who disagrees with their wicked agenda as being a right wing fundamentalist hater, homophobic, narrow minded, fool. No, it is a fool who disregards God’s Holy word the Bible and tries to go along to get along. God said that marriage should be between a man and a woman, and life is sacred, and we should tell the truth. Obama is forcing us to accept same sex marriage as being an acceptable lifestyle; the same is true of abortion. He tells outright lies on national television with the entire world watching. They want to allow men who claim they are women to be able to use ladies restrooms. Just yesterday a pedophile filed a lawsuit demanding equal rights with homosexuals and they want the right to adopt children.
And the silent majority stands idly by and allows it to happen and says nothing for fear of being labeled a “hater” by some fringe nut.
Well I’m not afraid to speak out. I am a hater! I don’t hate Obama, but I hate sin and I hate his sinful agenda that promotes it at every turn. I hate that our country is promoting sex before marriage and is handing out condoms to small children at middle schools; I hate that if this president doesn’t happen to agree with a law he simply refuses to enforce it; I hate the targeting of conservatives by the IRS; I hate that our veterans who were injured defending our country cannot get treated at VA hospitals and die from lack of care – THEY DESERVE BETTER! I hate that our country is moving towards socialism and enslaving millions of people to welfare and food stamps and killing their resolve to work. I hate that our children aren’t getting a good education and only 1/3 graduate from high school in order to mollify some union who wants to preserve jobs for inept teachers who cannot read or write themselves.
As for the lady who unsubscribed and others who have similar feelings, I don’t hate them and it doesn’t bother me in the least that she wants to move on to her moveon.org mentality. Someone has said that “life is like an elevator and on the way up you occasionally have to stop and let some people off”. She can just get off and indulge “her president”.
An elevator also picks people up on its way to the top and that is how it works.
Atheists represent only 2 1/2% of our population and yet they have taken God out of our country; homosexuals have pushed their agenda with only 3 1/2%. So what do the rest of us who are in the overwhelming majority do? Stand by and watch.
Stand up for what is right and turn the table on those who would call us names. What is wrong is not right, and what is right is not wrong folks. All of the propaganda in the world will never change God’s word. It is one thing that remains constant throughout the ages.
Many of you want the Rapture to occur right now. I don’t! I want to see billions of people come to know God and not have to suffer in hell for eternity. There is still time to turn things around. Pray for this nation and pray that a Great Awakening will sweep this country and the world.
