Recently I’ve talked to many different folks all over the country and the world with very similar desires to those that I have regarding trying to restore decency and faith in God to America and around the globe. I stand amazed at the many good things that are already underway in this regard of which I was totally unaware.
Yesterday I was on the phone with a gentleman and I was describing the prayer warrior program that I’m trying to put together, whereby we are trying to organize at least one million folks to pray for our effort 24/7, and he told me about a man in Silicon Valley who has already organized 1.2 million prayer warriors for America that are praying now! His goal is much loftier than mine and he wants a minimum of 100 million prayer warriors praying 24/7.

Like you I’m disgusted with the sewage that freely flows from Hollywood. I was much encouraged when I spoke to a hugely important executive who has teamed with several other believer CEO’s of similar stature who run the largest corporations in the world and they are pooling their many corporate resources to fund the creation of “Christian Light” programming for television with their advertising dollars. They are spending hundreds of millions of dollars on this terrific project.

I’ve met with Hollywood producers who are staunch believers like Mark Burnett who is currently the hottest producer in that arena who produced the Bible series and is now preparing to release his next accomplishment for His Savior, the powerful movie The Son of God which will be in movie theaters February 28th, (go see it).
I’m totally disgusted with the gains made by the ACLU, and was totally unaware and much gratified to learn that God has called together a group of His own, (Alliance Defending Freedom) to counteract the insidious nature of those clowns. I might add that this organization has been very effective with their attorney skills and have recently won a string of huge battles and beat the ACLU at their own game.

There was a hugely successful campaign launched by liberal groups entitled Rock the Vote that was tremendously successful in securing the young people’s vote. It was comprised of those musicians and performers who seem intent upon turning our country into a modern day Sodom. Did you know that a 30 city free stadium concert tour of musicians who love the Lord is currently being planned and should begin sometime in March?

I could go on for an hour, but space precludes me from sharing all of the good news that I’ve heard just in the last several weeks. Suffice it to say that mega projects created by hugely talented, well financed, and intelligent people are already underway to combat the forces of evil that are overtaking our country. No stone is being left unturned and we are hard at work in the business community, government, media, Hollywood, the music industry, technology, social media, education, leadership, anti-abortion, and a myriad of other cultural correction programs.
So if you’re like me and have been thinking, “I wish someone would do something about this situation”, you can rest easy in knowing that someone is doing something about the deteriorating situation in America and the world. The problem is that no one is reporting all of the gains, and instead we are fed a daily dose of the negative. I trust the Lord will take care of that problem soon too.
So many of us underestimate God and His awesome power, and as always it is important to look to the Bible for encouragement. Israel sent 12 spies into the Promised Land prior to crossing the Jordan River and trying to conquer it. Ten of the spies came back and reported to the people that they could not defeat the powerful enemy because the cities were huge, and fierce giants lived there and they were just too entrenched. They gave Moses this account, “We went into the land to which you sent us, and it does flow with milk and honey! Here is its fruit. But the people who live there are very powerful, and the cities are fortified and very large. We even saw descendants of Anak there.” — Numbers, 13:27
The other two spies, Joseph and Caleb, however told the people a very different story, they told them God was on their side and they could take the land and that He would deliver them the victory. “Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, ‘We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.'” — Numbers, 13:30
The people took the ten spies advice over Joshua and Caleb’s, and as a result of their lack of faith, the entire nation was made to wander in the desert for 40 years, until the entire generation of men had died with the exception of two. Joshua and Caleb were the lone two spies who brought back a good report and believed that God would help them succeed and not surprisingly they were the only men from their generation permitted to go into the Promised Land after the time of wandering.
Hmmm . . . Do you believe this nation is defeated already because the “giants” are too large. Then take heart and be encouraged by this message today. We can defeat the enemy, (even though they have a 70 year head start on us and have their minions firmly entrenched in colleges, Universities, K-12, media, Hollywood, Nashville, Wall Street, the White House, Congress and the hearts and souls of people.)
Remember that what they don’t have is GOD on their side and we serve a mighty God who created all that we know by speaking it into existence; He parted the Red Sea and silenced the storms upon His command.
We can win this war but we must have faith or be prepared to squander and wander in the desert until we die.
God always has his remnant and I believe He is calling us into action for a Great Awakening and mega global revival. Call me crazy, but then again they called Caleb and Joshua crazy. Be careful about that . . .
