Amazed, astonished, astounded, speechless, stunned, flabbergasted, are all words that I would use to describe the incredible events that have recently occurred in my life in regard to organizing the Renewal of America Founders Forum.
Others might describe it as unbelievable.
Bah! That would be inaccurate because the truth of the matter is that we have assembled some of the brightest minds, and the most powerful leadership on this planet, (some of whom are coming from as far away as Sweden, the UK, and Vietnam) in order to be a part of a movement dedicated to reversing the downward spiral that believers are being sucked into by a vortex of evil insanity that is permeating our country and world.
While this feat might not be so extraordinary for some people, for a simple redneck like me to convince all of those important VIP’s to come from all over the world to a remote locale like Honey Lake Plantation Resort and Spa located near Greenville Florida seems somehow beyond the pale. I’ve been asked time and again how I was able to convince this famous person or that important dignitary to attend. In fact how did I even know them?
My answer is that I didn’t and I didn’t.
God did it!
That’s the cool thing about it. I came up with an idea and started telling a few friends about it, and I can only describe what happened after that as completely miraculous, (contrary to the laws of nature and caused by a supernatural power – God).
After coming up with the vision I immediately began meeting people and having them call me from all over the country and in fact the world. I’ve been invited to prestigious events; I’ve been introduced to so many spirit filled-God favored individuals that I can’t keep them all straight. Some are uber rich; some have huge global organizations; some are intellectuals; most are folks that I would have never dreamed that I would ever meet in 1000 years.
I can honestly say that I know the true meaning of the phrase “I stand amazed!”
Hmmm . . . So what to make of it?
My conclusion after talking to all these people about my vision for this movement is that God has revealed this same vision to tons of other folks too. This should not be construed as unusual; in fact the Bible states that God always holds a remnant in reserve to accomplish His mighty works, and when He is ready for them to arise, He calls them to action. I believe He is calling us together now for what just might be the final Great Awakening. I firmly believe we are on the cusp of a great revival that will sweep America like a raging fire and quickly spread all over the world.
Call me crazy, but I firmly believe it, and am encouraged by it.
My desire is to unite people of faith, beginning first in America and then all over the world. Once united, we must become like our opposition, (organized, determined, well financed, work smart, and remain passionate towards achieving our objectives).
The way I see it we will beat them like a tom-tom drum. We will walk up their backs and dance on their heads . . . Cha – cha – cha . . .
Why?
There are two reasons; first there are far more of us than them, (at least in the USA), but more importantly God is sending His angelic army ahead of us and making a way to accomplish His good and noble purpose. Yes my friends our fight is a good and noble one, and theirs is evil and ignoble. We have God on our side and they don’t, and thus we will handily win this battle.
Though we will encounter fierce resistance and endure ferocious satanic attack as never before, we must always remember that we have God with us and greater is He than that which is in the world . . .
