I was heartened to see the enormous support for Chic-Fil-A and its CEO Dan Cathy as hundreds of thousands of supporters went to Chic-Fil-A and dined yesterday, and sent a message to the liberal far left. That message is as follows: In this country we still have freedom of speech, freedom to express our religious beliefs, and there are many of us including those living in Chicago, Washington D.C, New York City, Boston and San Francisco that believe with all of our hearts that God’s command that marriage should be between one woman and one man is the correct one.
Personally I think the chicken is one of the nastiest animals on earth and I don’t like eating them, but my wife and I ate at a Chic-Fil-A restaurant yesterday, (burp), and showed our support. The lady at the counter told us that the line began forming early in the morning before the workers even got there and that they had been swamped all day.
Good job! I hope you made it a point to go out and show some support and that you will get out and vote those bums out of office with similar enthusiasm. No civilization since the beginning of time has advocated same sex marriage and that should be a stark reminder of the moral decay that is plaguing our country. All one need do is read the book of Judges to understand what happens when a nation turns its back on God and ignores His laws.
God punishes that nation.
I was heartened to see a group of African American pastors publically draw the line on this issue of same sex marriage and warn Obama in no uncertain terms not to take their vote for granted this fall. African American president or not, they don’t want to see God’s laws ignored.
I applaud them for being so astute! The Bible states that God is long suffering and that a day is like a thousand years to the Lord, but it also states that He will not be mocked. I for one, think that He is enraged by what is going on in this country with 53 million babies aborted, homosexuality being promoted by the President of our country and His Democratic party, and their lapdog atheistic legal defense team, the ACLU, trying to stamp God out of our society.
So are you afraid to state your beliefs because it might subject you to ridicule and persecution. Are you walking the politically correct line in order to get ahead in life?
Don’t sweat the small stuff. I’ve openly and publically stated my God fearing belief system for years and have enjoyed good success and so have a myriad of others. Check out the following news clip from the Fox website:

I hope you will support them and their companies. I’ve said it before and today I say it again that we should join these Christians and become an army of God. STAND UP and be counted. Speak out! – Don’t remain silent. Don’t look around to ensure that no one is looking and then softly mention the name of Jesus Christ as though embarrassed to believe that He is King of all kings and Lord of all lords. Boldly go forth and proclaim His truth and let the naysayers rail. God is great and His unerring word is true and will last forever and ever.
I would rather face the ire of the world’s liberals than the wrath of God. These people are skunks and they smell to high heaven and have no power against the power of God and His people unless we give it to them. If enough of us will take a stand, our troubles will soon be over…You can start by getting involved in the upcoming election. Seek out those politicians, (more than likely very hard to find), that seek to please God and are willing to allow the chips to fall where they may and support them financially, by working for their campaigns, and vote for them…
If you cannot find a politician on the ticket that meets the Christian test, then vote against the worst of the lot. Yes I’m talking about Romney. His Mormon belief system is not my belief system or the one I prefer, but his immoral, antichrist, in-the-closet-Muslim, opponent Obama is a thousand times worse.
Some have railed against me for talking about political issues in Words for the Day. I think you are dead wrong. We have the privilege and the responsibility in this country to elect God fearing leaders who will not take us down a path of immorality. We ALL need to speak out at every opportunity. If we don’t and we stand by idly, then our country will degenerate even further and God will destroy it.
The Bible tells us how to work up the courage to go forth boldly. Pray about it; let the house start a rocking; be filled with the Holy Spirit; and go forth boldly!
