I was pleasantly surprised that so many of you agreed with me on my disdain for President O’s endorsement of gay marriage yesterday. I was fully expecting a raft of hate mail and death threats, but instead received letters of deep concern and amazement that our president would openly promote his antichristian agenda.
It is somewhat encouraging to me that others see this issue for what it is and perhaps that offers a small ray of hope, but before I organize a parade and begin celebration, reality must sink in.
It is disturbing to me to fully understand that the timing for his endorsement of this policy is not accidental. Nothing in this prez’s agenda is done by accident. His team’s internal polling indicates that “coming out of the closet” on this polarizing issue at this time will appeal to more of his core voters than not. To me that is a sad commentary on this country.
Sure enough as soon as he announced his “evolutionary breakthrough” we learned that he will jet across the USA over the weekend on Air Force One at a cost of $180,000/hour of our tax dollars to attend a series of homosexual lifestyle advocate fundraisers and will pick up some $40 million plus in political contributions . Hollywood of course leads the way in promoting the gay agenda. Actor George Clooney’s $40,000/plate sold out fundraiser that accounts for $16 mil of it kicks off the gay parade.
Judging from the spin, the Obama team believes that young people are more tolerant of the gay lifestyle agenda than their older counterparts. They are hopeful that the youth in this country will advocate this policy and vote for him in part because of his endorsement of it.
If this is true it indicates that parents of this generation have done a lousy job of teaching moral values to our kids.
I found it interesting that our illustrious prez solidified this assumption by stating that he consulted with his own young children to help formulate his opinion on this divisive issue. (Now there’s a source of wise counselors for sure. Maybe he can appoint them as the homosexual agenda czars next week.) Okay, perhaps that’s a little harsh, but I’m a little nervous that our president states that he seeks advice from his young children in order to formulate such a radical policy that is contrary to all civilized society since the beginning of time. Will he consult with them next on engaging in premarital sex, underage drinking, and legalization of drugs?
Bah! I don’t think he consults with anyone but his pollsters. Personally I hope that his pollsters have it wrong, but sadly I fear that is just not the case. Kids are impressionable and Hollywood along with liberal teachers in our schools shape their young lives and no doubt many have been brainwashed into acceptance of immorality. As for church, many kids aren’t in church, and it is sickening to know that even if they are, many church leaders are becoming “switch hitters” themselves nowadays.
Yikes where are kids to turn?

The Bible clearly predicts the runaway apostate direction that we seem to be pursuing. It refers to it as the “signs of the times”. We are told to remain faithful to the end, but are clearly warned that as the world becomes more wicked that it will become more difficult to do so. That is because of peer pressure and the constant propaganda being fed through the liberal media preaching that wrong is right and right is wrong
I don’t care if the entire world rejects the holy word of God I will go against peer pressure and will not bend to societal mores that call for rejection or distortion of God’s word. I was most disgusted by Obama using the Bible to justify his warped views, implying that we should do unto others as we would have them do unto us. In other words society should never condemn sin because some folks like it. Anything goes…

I think we should pray for change, but I also think we should contribute money to offset those funds contributed by those in society that want to apostatize it. We should get off our duffs and volunteer and work hard to defeat this president and others who support his agenda. This is the most important election that you will ever experience in your lifetime. Please do not sit by idly and hope for the best or rely on others. It will take money and volunteerism to get the message out.

There are Republican headquarters all over the United States. While that party is not a perfect solution they are like a cool breeze on a very hot day compared to what the Democrats have become. Hold your nose if you must, but go down to one and ask them what you can do to help.
It is disturbing to see all of this transpiring and in fact picking up speed, but not to worry. The Bible assures us that at least our souls can be saved, provided we endure and keep the faith.
