Be a morning person like me

I love the mornings. It’s wonderful living so far out in the country. In the early morning it’s inky black dark, crispy cold, and when I go outside and gaze at the heavens I see countless stars and feel very close to God.

I wonder if one time is better than another to pray. I decided to look it up this morning and just as I thought, it was the morning. Not a morning person? Shame on you!

I’m not saying this just because I’m a morning person either. Psalm 5 directs me to pray in the mornings.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Sorry for the short WFTD today, but we both needed a break today. (Okay I cannot tell a lie, I’m going deer hunting this morning and I’m running late).
