Investment tip of a lifetime

I am angry about an investment that I recently made based upon faulty government data concerning climate change. It seems that two of the world’s leading climate guys have recently resigned. They did so after e-mails were leaked to the media that revealed that so-called “scientists” have been falsely manipulating data in order to support their position that the world is heating up due to carbon emissions, or in terms we can all better understand, they lied about “Global Warming” in order to support their ideology.

These guys were no small minnows in the pond either, one in fact headed up the entire climate change project for the UN and the other headed up the research facility located in the UK that provided much of the data that led to the proclamations of global doom.

The top climate scientist from the UK claimed that he has mishandled and lost data and then he revealed the most troublesome statement of all, “WE HAVE HAD NO SIGNIFICANT GLOBAL WARMING IN FIFTEEN YEARS”.

WHAT?

This after predicting the Himalaya glaciers were melting along with every other glacier in the world.

Based on these guy’s predictions, Al Gore’s dire warnings, the Obama administration’s insistence that we must immediately tax all electricity use in order to reduce emissions and thereby avoid global devastation, and other worldwide warnings too numerous to mention, I invested in the climate change phenomenon.

My oceanfront home sits a mere three feet above sea level in Islamorada Florida. If the ocean level rises as the climate change folks have predicted, it will soon be underwater.

What to do?

I invested in two sets of flippers, two sets of goggles, and two snorkels; one set for me and one for my wife.

Now it appears that my investment has gone south based upon faulty data and unless I want to take my boat out to the reef and snorkel around looking at tropical fish, I am stuck with all this stuff.

That ain’t right!

I was thinking about this situation this morning and I thought of the Bible. Isn’t it refreshing to know that there is still one place that the truth can be found in this fallen world?

I don’t know if global warming is for real or not, but I know God is real and there are no lies hidden in His Holy Bible. He has miraculously changed my life and following the Bible daily has brought peace into an otherwise chaotic existence just as He promised in His holy word.
