MERRY CHRISTMAS

I still wish people “Merry Christmas” and will until the day I die regardless of what the “speech police” may think of it. That lame and cowardly “Happy Holidays” greeting just does not get it with me. If anyone thinks I am politically incorrect or insensitive then so be it. The speech police seem determined to protect everyone but the Christian and it is only getting worse. What a sad commentary on the direction our society is heading.

Aside from Israel no other country has been blessed by God like the United States. I believe it is because our forefathers established this country, “One nation under God” and made God the number one priority in their lives and in early society. The early settlers celebrated by offering Thanksgiving to Him, and accordingly the last Thursday of November was set aside to thank God for what He did for America. They called it Thanksgiving Day.

Secularism has diminished that attitude as “progress” has been made in this country. Jesus has all but been X’d out of Christmas even though the holiday celebrates His birth as God’s gift to the world. We cannot have a company Christmas party and call it that without fear of offending someone and being politically incorrect, or be accused of being non-inclusive. Well poo poopy doo! They can just get offended, because taking Christ out of Christmas offends ME and the entire world can just like it or lump itRight on!

Banning school prayer, the Ten Commandments, nativity scenes, and trying to distort the true meaning of Christmas and Easter all, are the trend toward rejecting God and His Son Jesus Christ. God always blesses those who love Him and who will acknowledge Him for who He is. Unfortunately for America, He will reject those who reject Him and that is the direction we are heading. Do your part in rejecting this notion. Be bold and not a hapless lemming or sheep being led to slaughter going along with the speech police. Don’t catch yourself saying “Happy Holidays”. Say boldly and proudly MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!
