Middle East precursor of more to come

Wow the Middle East is engaged in turmoil again, what a surprise! All of the analysts and ‘talking heads’ are wringing their hands about it. The truth of the matter is that anyone who can read can predict what is going to happen in the Middle East if they will pick up their Bible. It is a faith-enhancing prophecy being revealed right before our eyes. Interestingly the Bible predicts that in the end at the Great Tribulation Asia and Russia will join sides against Israel. Did you happen to catch the vote in the U.N. Security Council where Russia and China were the lone countries that elected not to support Israel?

We do not know the exact time but we know that it is coming just as sure as the sun coming up every morning. God has it all laid out for us in the Bible. The Bible reveals God’s secrets to His children. He does not want us to fret and worry about the problems that are sure to continue to get worse in the Middle East. All things are destined to happen right on schedule and He is in charge. One day maybe soon God will remove all of His children from this world in the Rapture. It will begin a devastating period of time on earth for those hapless souls who remain. The world will be comprised of the wicked and those who love the Lord will be far removed. It is said that in the last great battle of Armageddon, blood will run as high as a horse’s head and if God did not return to put an end to it, they would literally destroy the world and everything in it.

Whew I’m glad I will be with Jesus walking around in paradise on streets of gold, digging the scene, and perhaps skipping a stone across the crystal clear River of Life as I stroll towards my mansion.
