Crisis

One of my very best friends and most trusted employee’s wife is facing a serious potentially life threatening situation. I was talking about it with him yesterday and I told him I just wish there was something I could do to help. I immediately felt guilty for telling him that because the thing I am doing and have been doing is praying as hard as I know how. I know that God hears all prayer and He is all that we need and there should be no room for doubting. Being human we want to control things ourselves, but it is times like these that we understand that life is fragile and we truly are in God’s hands, not our own.
Fortunately His hands are very capable and I can think of no better place to be than in His hands. We need to trust Him particularly when we are afraid.

I ask you to join me in asking God to enable the doctors to determine what is wrong and quickly and easily remedy the problem. Please stop what you are doing and ask God to directly intervene. Please have faith that your prayer will be heard and answered, We can do something in these situations and that is go to the Lord in prayer with no doubting.
