Doubt?

Sometime in every Christian’s life satan will attack through doubt. I believe that it is one of his most effective tools against some people.
He might whisper, “Who are we that almighty God would remember us?”
Another ploy is to convince us that the blood of Jesus is not enough to cover our sins and that we are not “good” enough to go to heaven. He also tries to use human logic to deny the very existence of God using Darwin-like scientists to raise doubts.

Do not be persuaded and do not fall into satan’s trap. The Bible states that only a “fool” would deny the existence of God. As for God abandoning one of His children, the Bible unequivocally states that nothing can separate us…ever! I encourage everyone to redouble their efforts to study the Word of God. We must use our tools to combat satan’s tools, “lest we be deceived”. This is war and make no mistake about it, we have a powerful opponent. Fortunately he is no match for our Lord, but we must utilize the full complement of tools that He has provided to us to remain strong. We should 1.pray daily 2.study God’s Holy Word, the Bible, daily 3. and we must gather together often with other believers. These three tools provide our armor and protection from all of satan’s ploys including doubt.

How long since you had a good long talk, (prayer), with the Lord, your Father? How long since you picked up His Holy Word and studied it? How long since you last attended church and/or a Bible study? Your answer to these three questions will relate directly to how happy you currently are, how secure you are in your relationship with the Lord, and how much peace you currently enjoy in your life. If things are not all that well with you today, the solution is in this paragraph…

_______________

Romans 8:38
For I am persuaded that neither
death nor life, nor angels nor
principalities nor powers, nor things
present nor things to come,
nor height nor depth, nor any
other created thing, shall be able to
separate us from the love of God
which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
