Comforting thought

I often get downright depressed when faced with the evil that often “seems” to be winning the war against good. Night after night as I watch the news, I see travesty after travesty whereby good seems to be overcome by evil. We must remember that a day to the Lord is as a thousand years to us. He is patiently working His plan and soon will make everything wrong with creation – right. The verse below tells us who the real Power is in the universe. Jesus describes who is in control quite vividly and indicates just how quickly He can and will act. We should patiently endure and keep fighting for what is right.
In other words, grin and bear it, knowing that the ultimate outcome of the war of good vs. evil will be won quite handily by our Lord and Savior! I know whose side I want to be on in this battle – How about you?
