Our lives on this earth are very fragile. Most of us do not like to think about it, but the Bible states in more than one place that we should think about it often. We need to take advantage of every day and live it like it were our last. Try to treat everybody like we would like to be treated and always keep God as the top priority in our lives.
The cars, houses, boats and other goodies are all temporary.
Concentrate on the IMPORTANT things in life; God, family, friends, doing the right thing and helping others. Remember this world and everything in it is destined for ultimate destruction; eternity is everlasting as is our souls. One day soon our time on this earth will expire and we will face a holy God and give an accounting of our lives. That day may come quicker than we think, or probably would like. Are you ready? I’m not, but I am trying to get ready. I would like to hear God say: “Well done my son”. Unfortunately I do not think I am there yet. I have a lot of work to do and a short time to do it in. Life is fragile. The world is temporary. God is eternal and is our only stronghold. Where should we put our emphasis? Think about it.

Psalms 39:4
Lord make me to know my
end,
And what is the measure of my
days,
That I may know how frail I
am.
Indeed, You have made my
days as handbreadths,
And my age is as nothing
before You;
Certainly every man at his best
state is but vapor. Selah
Surely every man walks about
like a shadow;
Surely they busy themselves
in vain;
He heaps up riches,
And does not know who will
gather them.
And now Lord, what do I wait
for?
My hope is in You.
Deliver me from all my
transgressions…
