Every day I am angry. I see the world degenerating before my eyes.
There is evil everywhere. It often seems like the dark forces of this world are winning the war. Of course we must keep in mind always that they are only winning a small battle here and there and definitely are not winning the war. Everything is playing out exactly as God predicted.
The Bible clearly tells us that the world will keep sinking in sin until eventually it becomes just like the days of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah before He will step in. I was reading the Bible and came across the verse for the day listed below. It made me actually physically shudder after I thought about it for a while.
God is righteous and in due time will settle the score. He is patiently waiting for others to come to Him, but do not think for a minute that just because He allows evil to occur that He likes it. He will punish evil with a vengeance. I’m so glad that the wrath of God will not be taken out on me. It also again reinforces how heavy a price Jesus paid for us. He took the punishment from a just God who is angry every day at the evil of this world! The Bible tells us that the fear of God is the beginning of all wisdom. I for one do not mind telling you that I fear God’s wrathful judgment. I thank God I have the protection of Jesus Christ to protect me. For those without Him there will be nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. They will be found guilty of their sins by a just judge and meted out their punishment by a God who has been angry about what has been going on every day for longer than we can remember.
People who do not think God gets angry have not studied the Bible.
People who do not believe that he will put them in Hell for eternity either have not studied, or do not believe the Bible. I would not want to face almighty God and have to admit to Him looking into His burning eyes that I rejected His only Son. Would you?
