Smile

I have a pet project that I started a few months ago. I always board planes early due to my frequent flier status. I watch as several hundred people file by me. Most do not look happy. I decided that I would smile at every person who made eye contact with me. At first I felt like an idiot doing this, but the results are simply amazing. Most people’s entire demanor will instantly change when they see somone give them a warm friendly smile coupled with bright eye contact. Try greeting people with a smile and friendly eye contact and see if it doesn’t make your day and their day better.
