Did you ever worry about what you made on a test in school? It wasn’t fun was it? Did any of the worry help change the score? Currently we have two members of our company who are awaiting results of medical tests that are much more serious than a simple school test. The results could be very serious or everything might be fine. The results will be available in a few days. In the meantime it is hard not to worry, but just like the school tests, worry will not change the test results one iota. We should spend the time that we waste on worry by spending it in prayer. Prayer is productive; worry is counterproductive.

Therefore do not worry about
tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry
about its own things. Sufficient for
the day is its own trouble.
