Every time I think I’ve seen or heard it all in terms of political correctness, I’m unpleasantly surprised to discover the stupidity that some seem willing to go in order to appease most anyone. I urge you to watch this YouTube video appropriately entitled, “Brave German Woman” that has since gone viral. It shows a very brave lady in Germany that defied the powers that be in a church and in so doing most assuredly put her life in danger.

As background for the video, a group of misguided religious powers-that-be decided to conduct a concert in Germany entitled “The Armed Man: A Mass for Peace”. It’s injudicious foolish intent was to bring Christianity and Islam together.
It happened on Nov. 10, 2013 at the Memorial Church of the Reformation in Speyer Germany which was built to honor Martin Luther, (who was perhaps the greatest Christian man of God of his time since the Apostle Paul).
This historic house of Christian worship isn’t just any church mind you; it was built as a monument to the Protestant Reformation and a memorial to the spiritual transformation of Germany as a Christian nation whereby millions came to faith in Jesus Christ.
Imagine the thought process that it took to decide to invite a Muslim imam to this special Christian place in order to provide him a platform to give the call to prayer to his god Allah. When the brave German woman, (whose real name is Heidi Mund), heard about the event, she prayed and asked Jesus, “Lord, shall I go there?”
The answer that she received was “YES” and without hesitation she grabbed her German flag emblazoned with the words “Jesus Christ is Lord” and headed for the concert, still not sure what she would do when she got there.
She stated to the news outlets, “Until the imam started with his shouting, I didn’t really know what to do. I was just prepared to do whatever God wanted me to do”. It came to her when he began chanting his call to prayer to Allah. She said she immediately felt something rising up inside her:
A Holy Anger!
She interrupted his eerie chant by rising to her feet and proclaiming from the balcony, “Jesus Christ alone is Lord of Germany.” She then shouted, “I break this curse!” She also warned the audience that what was happening was “a lie”. Over and again she shouted, “Jesus Christ is Lord over Germany.”
Later she said that her purpose was to break this curse because Muslims say, “Only Allah is the Lord. He is God, the only God”. She went on to say, “I broke this curse in this church and I broke it over my country,” and then she quoted the words of Martin Luther in 1521 after he refused to recant his faith in Scripture alone: “Here I stand. I can do no other!”
The video shows another concert-goer trying to calm her by saying, “This is a concert for peace.”
She can be heard responding in German, “No it’s not! Allahu Akbar is what Muslims scream while murdering people! Don’t be fooled! Don’t be fooled! This is a lie!”
She was thrown out of the church.
Her comment on that incident was spot on: “They should have thrown the imam out and not me because I am a believer in Jesus Christ, but he serves another god. This Allah is not the same as our God. And this is not the truth. This ‘allahu akbar,’ they use it when they kill people,” she argued. “This is nothing more than worship to an idol, to their god. And when a Muslim calls ‘allahu akbar’ in a church, that means this church is not a church anymore, it’s a mosque.”
So is this brave little German woman afraid of Muslims?
She said she knows that her television interview could place her in danger. “Many people ask me, ‘Are you afraid of the Muslims?’ And I can only say, ‘No, I’m not afraid of them. I know my God, the living God of the Bible can protect me for as long as He wants. When my time is over I will go to Him.’”
Interestingly she grew up an atheist in communist East Germany, but now, as a believer, her burden and her ministry is for the spiritual rebirth of Germany. “I feel I have to protect my country and my people. I am only a little woman but I feel I have to protect them,” she said.
Some might associate Germany with the Nazis, but Germany was once a base for world missions, sending missionaries to Africa and Korea and to America. This little lady is trusting God for a miracle in what is a very wealthy and, some would say, spiritually dead nation.
Sound familiar?
“I know nothing is impossible for my God. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing,” she said. From a human point of view I feel our country is lost. It’s already lost. It’s done. Because I see so many changes in the country, in every area,” she continued.
Sound familiar?
“But I trust God that he has a ‘Plan A’ and that my country is not lost and that He will reach us and He will come and change the whole situation.”
Right on!
God bless the “Brave German Woman”. We must stand up against these politically correct religious leaders whose twisted idea of fairness allows someone to enter a place dedicated to glorifying the holy name of Jesus Christ in order to blaspheme it. Could you imagine a Muslim church allowing Christians to declare Jesus Christ as Lord in a mosque?
No they would cut your head off for defiling the name of their false God.
We do not have to sit silently while our places of worship are defiled by liberal nuts. While their intentions may well be noble; they do not understand even the basics of the Holy Bible. Exodus 34:14 put it far better than I can: You must worship no other gods, for the LORD, whose very name is Jealous, is a God who is jealous about his relationship with you.
Have a great weekend and go to Honey Lake Church (or somewhere) this weekend. And if they allow a Muslim to declare anyone other than Jesus Christ as God in your service, then protest with all of the vigor that you can muster! The consequences for inaction are more severe than any Muslim might exact on you.
Exodus 20:5
. . . I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,
