Be careful!

I know of two couples currently involved in adulterous relationships.
They think that no one knows what they are doing but it is pretty much common knowledge to the people who know them. More importantly nothing escapes God’s watchful eye. God takes a dim view of adultery, it is one of the “Big 10” (commandments). Aside from personal finance problems adultery, is the leading cause of divorce. Many of the people reading this have painful memories of being brought up in a broken home because of it. Much is written in the Bible about the hazards of engaging in it. A jealous husband or wife could kill you. You could lose your family and become alienated from your children. You could lose the respect of your friends and, in some companies, your job. You could lose much, if not all of your finances and possessions. Most importantly you risk the wrath of God and His promise of punishment of sin.

If you sometimes catch yourself looking over the fence at the green, green grass on the other side, take some well founded advice and run from it.

For the commandment is a
lamp,
And the law a light:
Reproofs of instruction are the
way of life.
To keep you from the evil
woman,
From the flattering tongue of
a seductress.

For jealousy is a husband’s fury;

the day of vengeance.
