It seems Bernie Sanders is headed for winning the Democrat’s nomination. I didn’t think I would ever live long enough to see a socialist even get on a national ticket, much less win. This man spent his honeymoon in Moscow and states that Cuba has accomplished many good things. Tell that to the political prisoners Castro lined up before a firing squad and those tortured by him in prisons.
How could so many young people support this man who in his own words states that though he is Jewish is not involved with any organized religion. His is an amoral look at life. Without God in the equation it is far easier to support killing an unborn baby in the womb, support same sex marriage and all variations in-between, seize property from hard working people and redistribute it to those who have not worked, institute free college, eliminate carbon emissions in an economy reliant on them and co-sponsor Alexandria Occasio Cortez’s $16 trillion Green Deal Resolution, do away with private health care and adopt universal healthcare or Medicare for all at a cost of $40 trillion dollars, develop a wealth tax that is unconstitutional, staunchly oppose President Trump’s immigration agenda, including limits on refugees, the border wall and the travel ban, legalize marijuana in his first 100 days, and Sanders says he would abolish the death penalty, but he takes a position unique in the primary field by strongly supporting full voting rights for incarcerated felons.
Lots of free stuff this socialist is promising. Where do all those trillions of dollars for “free-everything” come from? We must tax the rich and give to the poor. Bernie Sanders unfortunately is no Robin Hood. His ideas have not worked anywhere in the world. Not in Cuba, North Korea, or most recently Venezuela where their version of Bernie just single handedly destroyed their thriving economy and way of life.
But the youngsters want the free college, healthcare, nationwide legalization of pot, rescuing the climate, on demand abortion, and all the other goodies that are fashionable and being promised. Our nation, Democrats, Republicans and Independents, all, should fear this man’s policies. And they should realize that soon these young people will control the elections as Baby boomers and others who actually were taught history in school die off.
If you love your God, family, and country this is one election that you do not want to sit on the sidelines for. Don’t merely vote, but volunteer to help Trump, (who may be obnoxious and arrogant in many ways,) to win this election. No matter what you think of his name calling and petty remarks he has done a remarkable job in restoring this country.
God sometimes uses the flawed among us to demonstrate His own breathtaking power. I believe Trump is just such a person and no rational person can deny how he has improved this country while fighting those Godless throngs that attack him daily.
