What a mess

My son and I watched a documentary on Michael Jackson’s life last night.
This talented singer’s wealth is estimated at over $300 million, (he said over a billion). The documentary followed him on a shopping trip in Las Vegas in which he spent $6 million in one retail store. (Even my wife could not equal that!) He started recording albums at the age of nine. His most successful album sold 50 million copies. He is extremely talented and is idolized by millions of fans worldwide. One would think that he had it made.

Michael Jackson is 44 years old. He has been accused of being a pedophile and paid one child and his family $25 million to settle a lawsuit alleging that he molested the young boy. He has had so much plastic surgery that his nose is actually disintegrating and it is believed that his lips are now actually tattoos. He denies this and claims that the changes in his face are natural. The doctors say it would be impossible for his face to change that dramatically on its own.
His skin color has changed to white. He claims it is natural, the doctors say he is bleaching his skin. Currently he is facing potential legal action for endangering his children, most notably for dangling his newborn baby over a hotel balcony high above some fans in Germany.

I was very disturbed by this documentary. As a human I am disgusted and would like to see criminal action brought against him for child molestation, if indeed he is guilty of it. As a Christian I feel sorry for him. Michael Jackson is looking in the wrong places for happiness.
All of the money in the world will not buy it. This guy is a mess and he desperately needs God. I saw him singing and dancing his heart out as a young boy. The world took him by storm and just look what it made of him. Pray for him.
