So the big plans of Antifa to disrupt Columbus Day didn’t really materialize. Not to worry they are planning a much larger attack on our country in early November.

Did you happen to see their promotional video? Well here it is:
I don’t know about you, but this makes me madder than a hornet. This group is just a bunch of bullies and thugs. I always hated bullies and when I was young I invariably did my best to give them a taste of their own medicine. This particular group of bullies are Godless anarchists who hate this country and all for which it stands. They beat people up with clubs, knives, and the like and attack in a pack like crazed dogs. They should be treated the same.
Why the Trump administration doesn’t declare them a terrorist organization is beyond me. They define terrorism. So in the midst of thugs like this rioting, destroying property, beating up innocent victims. there is this big uproar about owning guns going on. Many think guns shouldn’t be allowed at all. Let me tell you friends, if these animals attack me or my family, I want my guns for protection.
The media is quick to publicize lost lives to gun violence, but fail to even mention the countless lives saved by them which happens daily. (Law-abiding citizens use guns to defend themselves against criminals as many as 2.5 million times every year – or about 6,850 times a day.) If a criminal comes into your church or a restaurant in which you are dining, or a movie theater, or walking down the street and starts taking people’s lives, wouldn’t you want to have a gun, or at least desire that someone in the vicinity would have one for protection? Of course you would!
Please don’t give me that self-righteous baloney about the Bible. I’ve read the Bible in its entirety many times and nowhere in Scripture does it say that Christians can’t protect themselves or their family. In fact, there is plenty in the Bible about defending yourself against those who would do harm to you or your family. Luke 22:36 – He said to them, “But now let the one who has a moneybag take it, and likewise a knapsack. And let the one who has no sword sell his cloak and buy one.
One stark example of biblical authority was when Nehemiah was rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. He was besieged by enemies who wanted to destroy them and this mighty work of the Lord. He described how they reacted to the threats of violence against them: Neh. 4:17 – Those who carried burdens were loaded in such a way that each labored on the work with one hand and held his weapon with the other. And each of the builders had his sword strapped at his side while he built. The man who sounded the trumpet was beside me.
It is my desire and it is the hope of every person who loves God to avoid confrontation and get along with everyone. We should pray for those who are lost and witness at every opportunity; however, we should not idly sit by and allow evil, violent, men to destroy us. Bullies should not be allowed to terrorize citizens.
Our forefathers recognized this. They put the second amendment in the constitution not merely to allow hunters, collectors, and gun enthusiasts to have some fun, but primarily so we could defend ourselves, even from the government if necessary. They were worried about King George and government tyranny among other things.
Don’t believe it can happen here? Neither did the people who lived under the dictatorships of Castro, Hitler, Mao, Stalin, Lenin, Pot Pol and other dictators who took away all their guns and murdered millions of their own citizens.
If you are in your home and it is invaded by a gang of thugs who are intent on robbing you, beating you to a bloody pulp and possibly killing you and then raping your wife and doing likewise to her, two friends you will want to have with you are Smith and Wesson. This dream team is victorious far more often than not . . .
Luke 11:21 – “When a strong man, fully armed, guards his own house, his possessions are undisturbed.”
