Well today is the big day for America. It’s the day that our electoral college officially casts their votes and the presidential election will become official. Left wingers have waged a massive effort to get electors to go against their signed pledges to cast their vote against the wishes of the voters in their states. They have utilized everything from slick advertising videos featuring mainly wannabe and has-been actors, tens of thousands of emails and letters, and even death threats to convince them to break their signed and sworn loyalty pledges and vote against the will of the people. So far, they’ve convinced one person to do it.
Let’s see, since the election in addition to the electoral change-your-vote campaign, they’ve cried foul because Hillary won the popular vote; only problem there is, it is irrelevant to our election protocol that ensures state by state representation via the electoral college.
They claim the election should be invalidated because the Russians hacked the emails of Clinton’s team which was subsequently widely reported revealing the rampant dishonesty of Hillary and other party leaders. They said the torrent of bad press for Hillary swung the election; however, they seem to forget one small detail the tsunami of bad press for Trump that lasted the entire campaign.
So, if they fail today is it over? LOL – They’ve already fired a shot revealing their next move and incredibly before he has even taken office they’ve announced their intent to try to impeach Trump because he will not sell his worldwide real estate holdings. It’s not illegal for him to own property or businesses while in office and will not work and is just another dirty trick ploy of the left.

I hope you remember what I wrote the day after election night: “A battle was won but the war rages on”. These power-hungry pigs want to regain access to their trough and there is nothing they will not do to regain power.
Michelle Obama stated on public television that since her husband is leaving office, our situation in this country is now officially “hopeless”.
Hmmm . . . Someone please send her a Bible and underline the parts that refer to hope as coming solely from Jesus Christ.
Egad, narcissism runs wild in that family I tell you. Defeating a continuation of her husband’s big government, pro-Muslim, pro-socialist, anti-Christian, anti-America, anti-capitalism agenda literally exudes hope to a majority Christian nation that was founded entirely on Judeo-Christian principles.
Unfortunately, our country is divided. Young people who have been indoctrinated by their schools, social media campaigns, movies, television, and music are the most vulnerable to believing the lies of the left. They are leaving the church in record numbers and have anything but a biblical worldview. This means they are becoming devoid of hope, because genuine hope is only available through Jesus Christ. Trump can likely turn the tide on persecution of Christians and the all-out assault on religious liberty in many arenas of our lives and now it will become a little easier to get the truth out, but make no mistake they will fight us tooth and nail until the last dog dies.
It is important for all Christians, including pastors, to get involved in politics and cultural change, because young people in particular desperately need to hear the truth of the Gospel. Take one look at the number of young people who supported atheist and socialist Bernie Sanders. In a very short period of time these youngsters will replace baby boomers and the “next-generationers” will be the generation that guides this nation towards God or away from Him.
Okay once our win is officially certified let’s all celebrate for a moment and then for the sake of our kids and grandkids let’s get to work. Let’s remind them of our real hope as stated in the verse below:
1 John 3:2
“Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.”
