Demonic forces are on the move. Some 84 people are dead in Nice France thanks to a terrorist attack. I’ve watched the raw videos of the attack and the devastation is horrendous.
Today Black Lives Matter is planning a string of protests in major cities throughout our country, and wherever this band of thugs shows up, violence is sure to follow. Hopefully no brave police officers will lose their lives defending their right to protest today.
I read this morning where a restaurant, (Lucky’s Teriyaki in Sedro-Woolley WA) has asked police not to eat in their restaurant. (Geez I wonder what would happen if they had done that to some African Americans or homosexuals.) How can sensible people turn against all police, over the actions of a tiny fraction? Actually more white people are killed at the hands of police than black, but in this country lies are the norm and they are spread through the dishonest media.
Don’t believe that? Well, have you ever heard of Hillary Clinton? For crying out loud if she were Pinocchio her nose would be forty feet long. I would not believe a word she said if it were notarized on her tongue. According to polls 68% of our citizens think she is dishonest and yet they seem prepared to vote for her anyway.
The world is filled with plaguing demonic spirits whose appointment is to create chaos through their lying murderous ways. The Bible states that Satan is a murderer and the father of all lies.
So I asked myself, self, why is God allowing them such freedom? Then I asked God.
While I cannot say I’m privy to some secret information direct from heaven, I do have the sense that it is being done to awaken people’s hearts, souls, and minds for revival. I know this might sound far-fetched, but if one were to look at the Brexit vote, and the Donald Trump phenomenon, it clearly demonstrates that people are beginning to get fed up with the lawless anarchy that is being perpetuated worldwide by the leftist forces throughout the world.
To be sure it will be a long hot summer. There will be more terrorist attacks; police officers and innocent victims murdered, (possibly even today). Will our populace begin to stand together to rid our societies of the lawlessness, immorality, and degradation of our respective societies? I believe we will. Hopefully preachers will once again preach the whole truth directly from the Bible with no politically correct “spin”; people worldwide will openly embrace Jesus Christ as our only hope; and the divisive hatred that exists between ethnicity, gender, and financial standing will disappear forever.
It might be a utopian dream, but I prefer it over the snake pit in which we find ourselves mired. God does not want us to be fearful; He wants us to turn to Him. He has promised in Romans 8:37: No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God’s formula for peace is rather simple and is laid out for us in John 16:33:
I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” Peace comes through Jesus Christ and only through Him. Take advantage today and get some rest.
Have a great weekend and go to Honey Lake Church, (or somewhere) Sunday and pray for this nation and that Satan’s minions will be handily defeated by warring angels dispatched by God Himself.
